Organization & Appointments

For employees and students of the TUD, it is possible to book an appointment via an online tool (details to follow!). It is also possible to come for vaccinations without an appointment. In this case, waiting times may have to be expected.

For external interested persons there is no appointment booking possible, you can come by anytime within the opening hours (see above).

Online appointment booking

Please note that the booking tool can only be accessed on the campus network or via VPN (instructions VPN).

Time slot: Please select a date and time.

Second vaccination: The appointment for the second vaccination will be booked automatically for you five weeks after the first appointment in the same time slot.

If you need only one appointment:
Booking a single appointment is not possible via the tool for technical reasons.  Nevertheless, you can book an appointment regularly and cancel the automatically generated appointment for a second vaccination afterwards.

You will receive a mail with a confirmation request. Click on the corresponding button (only be accessed on the campus network or via VPN). You must confirm the appointment within 24h. Otherwise, your time slot will be assigned to someone else. Only after you have received a second mail with the appointment confirmation, your appointment is safely booked.

If you have not received a confirmation or get a cancellation, this might be because you have not filled out the form correctly (typing error).

Please be patient and wait for some time before trying again. If you still have problems, please contact impftermin@tu-dresden.de.
(This email address is for technical support only. No appointment booking).

Cancellation of appointment

If you cannot come to your appointment, please cancel as early as possible by clicking on the appropriate button in the confirmation email. This way the time slot can be given to another individual.

Organisation & Termine
