Mitmachen

Are you interested in joining the meeting board and perhaps even actively shaping the framework for meetings? Then you’ve come to the right place. Since we currently have only one active member on the board, the tasks being performed are kept to a minimum, specifically: preparing meeting documents, conducting the meetings, and, as far as possible, drafting the meeting minutes. In addition, there are occasional administrative duties, such as booking meeting rooms or logging newly appointed members in the system.

With additional members, the outlook can be:

  • generally lower workload per person
  • steady preparation of meeting minutes before the next student parliament meeting
  • seating chart for meetings
  • a concept for the working culture in the student parliament
  • better compliance with our regulations
