The Structure Unit supports the Unit Lead Structure in carrying out his or her duties. It maintains an overview of the StuRa’s internal workflows and regularly reviews whether regulations or guidelines require amendments. Its responsibilities include, in particular:
- Calculating the number of seats allocated to the faculty student councils in the StuRa in accordance with the constitution
- Monitoring the student body’s bylaws for the need for amendments and drafting corresponding resolution proposals
- Archiving the student body’s bylaws, guidelines, associated implementing regulations, and the StuRa’s task descriptions
- Posting unit vacancies and updating the organizational structure and task descriptions
