Specialties of certain meeting dates

Executive directors are to present their quarterly reports at the first meeting of each new quarter —specifically, the first meetings held in January, April, July, and October respectively.

The second meeting in January is typically the constituent meeting of the legislative body, meaning the student parliament.

The new executive team for the upcoming legislative term is to be elected during the March meetings. All unit leaders and executive directors must be elected no later than the meetings held prior to April 1st of the respective year.
