Unit Tasks
The unit employees supports the unit leader internal affairs in in their function as human resource management. The units tasks includes:
- design and development of a staff devolopment strategy
- coordination and advice on external service providers and fee-based contracts
- internal complaints management
- planning and executing team building activities
- identification, planning and execute suitable training programmes
- enforcement of and advice on health and safety at work
- identification of office requirements and necessary furnishings
- monitoring of developments in collective bargaining and employment law provisions
