The Unit Community Building functions foremost as a hub between the units and the volunteers. Most of our units plan at some point an event and need people to organize and execute them. This unit can help in finding the needed amount of volunteers and especially functions as a hub between the units.

Unit Tasks

The unit Community Building is responsible for promoting regular communication among all volunteers (particularly student council members and StuRa units). Its responsibilities include in particular:

  • coordinating the regular networking meetings of the faculty student councils
  • organizing the university-wide faculty student body conference (UFaTa)
  • knowledge preservation and management
  • orienting executive members on the structures and processes of the StuRa
  • organizing team-building activities for the StuRa executive board
  • organizing workshops on committe work
  • providing information about continuing education opportunities for volunteers

Unfortunatly, the unit lies dormant, and thus we do not have any ongoing projects.

Unfortunately the university-wide faculty student body conference is also ailing.
